I do a seminar every Tuesday night in San Bernardino. One evening, on the way to the bathroom, I noticed the sign above, that said, “Renovating Our Future.” I found it’s message so profound, that I took a picture with my iPhone with the intent to write about it in the future. How I Earned $50,000 in ONE MONTH

It has been TOO LONG! I haven’t written an article in quite some time. Some of you have been scolding me via email. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m repenting!

Recently, one of my businesses brought in more than $50,000 in one month. Obviously, I’m no Bill Gates, but
for a kid from Benbrook, Texas who was living in the bad part of town not too many years ago,  trying to carve out an existence waiting tables, 50 g’s is pretty good.

I just received my Social Security reports that show how much money I’ve earned over my lifetime. Prior to my embarking on this journey of personal development, according to that report, I was averaging $7,000 annually, as an adult male, working in America. Pathetic, I know. Be The First

My older brother Tony was the first in our family to graduate from college. I always thought that was so cool… to be the first. He received the first ever degree in many generations of our family, and still, one of the very few today.

My brother Mike was the first Doctor in our family. I say first, because my other brother Dave, Mike’s identical twin, also became a Doctor shortly thereafter. They are the first Doctors ever in the Hughes line, that I’m aware of.

I have always wanted to be the first at something. And there are a few things I have been first at, but nothing I’m really proud of. Read more
