This is so true! Giving up on ones-self is self-destruction. Putting forth the effort to achieve what one thinks is impossible has to create that slight edge.

Nothing will change until the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain to change!…I see and read this everyday to remind me of the greatness within me.

I appreciate your wisdom and sharing.

What a great element to add to ones life. I honestly believe that information such as this one minute of wisdom can culminate into a lifetime of healthy and positive change.

Thank you for you guidance and teaching

I love that podcast. Great thoughts and observations. I’ve been reading ‘A Millionaire Mind,’ and the author, T Harv Eker talks about how important it is to get out of our comfort zones. If we do this, we stretch and grow. If we don’t, we stagnate and we don’t achieve what we want to do. Fear seems to keep us in check. It’s okay to fear, we just have to work beyond our fears. :)

Working harder now for ease later seems to equate to this. What was once hard will get easier if we push ourselves into the great beyond.
